SANDRA BAINDURASHVILI, PA-C, MPAS

Physician Assistant | Owner

Sandra Baindurashvili, PA-C, a board certified Physician Assistant, has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood. She is a proud Gator and earned her Master’s Degree with distinction from the University of Florida College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2001. Shortly after graduation, Sandra began training extensively in the fields of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

During an early tenure with an eminent St. Petersburg vascular surgeon, Sandra traveled nationally and abroad, beginning her education in the areas of laser therapy, vein reduction, and cosmetic medicine. This quickly expanded to include the use of Botox and facial fillers for facial rejuvenation.

In 2007 Sandra returned to the Bay Area, after spending nearly three years in Chicago working with renowned dermatologist Dr. Amy Taub, a Northwestern University professor of medical and cosmetic dermatology, innovator in the application of numerous types of lasers, intense pulse light, photodynamic treatments, and a global thought leader in dermatology.

With over 19 years of experience in medical dermatology, Sandra has dedicated herself to providing a personalized and conscientious approach to patient care and education.  She specializes in skin cancer screening/prevention/treatment, acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, warts, as well as other dermatologic conditions.

In addition to her love of medical dermatology, for the past 21 years Sandra has mastered the use of injectable fillers and neuromodulators to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.  She specializes in tailoring treatments to suit each patient’s unique needs, and has honed an extensive skill set in the use of injectables, threads, sclerotherapy, and a multitude of lasers.

Sandra resides in Saint Petersburg with her husband and their three children.  When they are not running back and forth between school and sports, they can be found working out, exploring downtown, and trying out new restaurants.

"I want each patient to leave the office confident in the care they have received, and feeling that their concerns have been addressed.  Providing solid dermatologic care while having a bit of fun and the chance to connect along the way are the cornerstones of my practice.  Opening this practice has been a labor of love, and I am grateful for the opportunity to bring back real, meaningful health care, and a return to natural aesthetics with a focus on individual beauty."
